As Sports Information Director Evan Ortiz put it on the Leo Twitter page, the Lions were brought back down to earth last night against a very talented Colorado School of Mines. Now, coaches never EVER want to lose, but better now than later. We will have a lot to work on when we get back to school, that's for sure.

Junior Emily Calderon did everything she could last night to put the team on her shoulders, notching 16 kills and hitting .306. Without a doubt she was the player of the match! It's an early morning here in Colorado, and we will soon be heading to the airport and flying home to Florida, looking forward to our next matches this weekend!
